Follow these steps:
- Personalize your name, school year, and period names in the popup 'modal'
- Customize period colors as desired (handy legend will update)
- Select the cycle and starting day using the controls: your schedule will 'shift'
- Click the 'Print' button to print your schedule (landscape is best)
- To see a two-week cycle (A-H, A-B), click the
button in the schedule panel; you'll be able to print it out as well (scale the output to about 95% to get both schedules on a portrait orientation)
Other features:
- Toggle the period number style to switch between framed and regular formats.
- For planning purposes, the area beneath the selection controls tells you the calendar weeks that feature 'complete' cycles of a given rotation
- For color matching between periods with the same subject, there is a nifty eyedropper tool that lets you sample a previous color and apply it to a new period
Note: Week names (like "A-Week") are determined by the cycle that falls on Monday. For example, if you select cycle 'C' to start on Wednesday, the schedule shows a "G-Week" because cycle 'G' would be on Monday of that week.
