More Hints:

1. Notice that the yellow and black shadows point radially toward the center of the canvas. This means they have been positioned based on the tangent of the angle formed by the x and y coordinates of each disk's center. This looks like a job for inverse tangent!
2. When x = 0 AND y = 0, there isn't a disk located on the canvas there, behold...it's a TNTStar! Otherwise, disks are being drawn. Looks like a bit of if-else logic with a lovely compund condition is being used, eh?
