The TNTPWave Library entry has 7 parameters that influence its design. This app lets us explore the changes as those parameters are changed.

x = a*cos(t)
y = b*sin(n*t)
                        

The sliders in the control console allow you to see the effect of variables a, b and n on the shape of the 'wave.' The 'hue' slider lets you choose the shapes' fill color.
