iPhone user! Have you used your flashlight recently?
Why, you ask?
Did you notice the flashlight icon as you switch the light on and off? You didn't?! Well, get out your phone, switch the flashlight on and off and look at the icon. Closely.
What did you see?
See it now? Have you seen the light?
One of the things that has made Apple famous (and expensive) is their rabid attention to detail. Who would have guessed that they'd care about the thumbswitch position on a tiny little icon?!
They did. And we at TNT labs believe you should pay that same attention to detail in your designs!
In web design and computer science in general: The devil (and the money!) is in the details.
One of the many places in TNT where we see such attention to detail is in the Polka-Dot Packing app. Open it up and look at the action of the slider as you select values less than 100. Then turn off the styles and see what happens. We shudder to think you'd let this happen to you!
