About the app
This stage focuses on responsive layout. Functionality will come later.
The intrepid code snooper (like you!?) will observe that the bulk of the work at this level was in the CSS to make the app responsive. Often at these levels, we conveniently put all the styles in the local page; once we get them pretty tied down, we will migrate them over to an external style sheet.
We have found this is a pretty neat work flow.
